Outstanding Kids Agency supplies our clients with handpicked, professional, reputable and experienced Daytime Nannies.  We provide a childcare solution tailored to the needs of our clients.  The Day Nannies nurtures and take care of one or more children in a safe and productive environment. Highly experienced Maternity Nannies can care children from age 6 weeks and above.

We take our responsibilities of sourcing our staffs very seriously and we provide the absolute best options to our clients.   All Nannies who apply to work with us undergo our stringent vetting process which includes an enhanced DBS check.  They must also have a current Paediatric First Aid certificate before we can place them with a family.

Please note: A Day Nanny would not normally be expected to undertake any general housework or cook the whole family’s meal.

Other Duties and Fees

    • Creating a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for the children to thrive.
    • Bathing and dressing.
    • Changing diapers and potty-training.
    • Children’s laundry.
    • Planning meals, preparing food, and/or feeding the children.
    • Arranging playdates and outings.
    • Indoor and outdoor play.
    • Planning and supervising age appropriate educational activities, crafts, and play.
    • Preparing and supervising breakfast.
    • Getting children ready for school.
    • Picking up children from school.
    • Helping children with homework.
    • Taking children to extracurricular activities.
    • Supervising children’s play, including an element of education and development.
    • Researching and arranging activities.

Fees

  • A full time Live out Nanny inside London costs an average of £400 per week plus Tax and NI. This salary may go up to £550 net per week.
  • Full time Live Out Nanny outside London cost £350 – £450 per week plus Tax  and NI.

Agency fees £30 per day  plus VAT.

Nannies are not self-employed and as such the clients will have to pay the nanny’s tax and national insurance.  Please refer to note on Nanny tax.
